A stall, a hot pan, and a showman.

Every evening, a small burger stall lights up in front of the 7-Eleven on Jalan Gottlieb, opposite PCGHS. Regulars walk up and order "the usual". Newcomers stay for the show: the boss plays music, sings and dances while the patties hiss on the griddle.

Some customers have been coming back for over ten years. One word, as a reviewer put it: sedap.
